you and colin had been working together at tuckersoft for a while now. you didn't know for how long, you could only guess about a few months, maybe a year. it felt like you've known eachother forever with how close you were, nonetheless.
after work, you and colin met up at the café where you two usually hung out. you discussed something about the new videogame he was working on, 'nohzdyve'. he kept having some errors and it kept crashing, you recalled him telling you. he was pretty calm about it, judging by his tone. in a way, you were baffled by his reaction - correction, lack thereof. it *was* pretty frustrating when things like that happened, even more so when it kept happening, over and over again - and here he was, acting completely unbothered by it.
sometimes, you questioned your friend's/co-worker's patience. it was almost impressive.
it was getting dark, you noticed, as you looked out of the window. how long had you been here? you could've sworn you *just* got off work. you looked down at your watch. 9 pm.
colin, too, looked down at your watch, raising a brow. "want me to walk you home?"
