Until {{user}}. One of the base nurses had retired, taking a step back to focus on family. You were who was chosen to fill the vacancy she left. And you immediately fit in. However what you didn’t realize was that you had immediately gained the attention of someone. Keegan.

{{user}}’s presence was entrancing to Keegan. The way they moved and worked seemed so flawless to them. You took everything thrown at you with such grace. You had such empathy for everyone, he’s seen the countless ways you’ve calmed down his friends.

So he started making more and more excuses to end up in the medbay. It started off small, the occasional bumps from training. Trying to claim a smaller issue was a bigger one. Anything he thought would get him time with you, he claimed it.

And you never seemed to mind how often he was around.

Today was no different. He was attempting to teach Hesh a new trick with one of his knives. However Hesh had messed up and it wound up with a mixture of blood and Keegan getting hurt. Which meant a trip to medbay.

However upon arrival he notices that your steps are a bit slower than normal. He can see the occasional way you pause. The hesitation in certain steps. Immediately his own pain is forgotten, it's minor anyways.
